A proper website for the business you've already built.
Punchlist Digital designs, builds and hosts websites for Calgary service businesses — then finds the parts of your week that a machine can quietly take off your hands.
Two things, done properly.
Most businesses start with the website and add the second piece once the first one is earning its keep.
Websites
A site that reads like your business rather than a template — fast on a phone, written in your words, and built so a customer can reach you from any screen.
- Designed, built and hosted end to end
- Copy written for you, not by you
- You own the domain and the content
AI optimization
Most small operations lose hours a week to work that doesn't need a person. I look at where your time actually goes, then build the parts a machine can take — with real limits on what happens without you.
- Scoped to how you actually work
- Built, tested and handed over properly
- No two businesses get the same setup
Plus ongoing care, included
Sites rot when nobody's watching them. Updates, uptime, backups and the small changes you'll want six months from now are all covered by the monthly. You email, it gets done — no ticket system, no hourly meter for a phone number change.
Four steps, about two weeks.
The order matters — you see the finished thing before any money changes hands.
A short call
Twenty minutes. What you do, where you work, and what you want to happen more often. That's the whole brief.
Day 1I build it
Not a mockup — the real working site on a preview link. I'll pull photos and copy from your social pages so you're not hunting for material.
Days 2–6You look it over
On your phone, with a coffee. Two rounds of changes are included. If it isn't right, you don't pay and nothing goes live.
Days 7–8Go live
Domain pointed, everything tested from a real phone. Then the care plan takes over and changes are an email away.
Day 10Flat quotes. No hourly surprises.
The monthly covers hosting, security, backups and small changes — the things that quietly break when nobody's looking.

AI optimization
Priced per business, because the useful thing to automate is never the same twice. Starts with a look at how work actually flows through your week, then a build and a proper handover.
Work beyond an agreed scope is $125/hour, always quoted before it starts.
I'll build your homepage before you pay me anything.
Punchlist Digital is new, so I'd rather show you than tell you. Send me your Facebook or Instagram page and I'll build a real homepage for your business — live on a link, on your phone, usually within a week. If you like it, we finish the site. If you don't, you keep the screenshots and I'll have learned something.
Send me your pageFair things to ask.
Do you use AI to build these?
Heavily, and I'd rather say so up front. It's why a site takes ten days instead of ten weeks and why the price isn't $8,000. What you're paying for is the judgement about what your site should say, and a person whose name is on it when something breaks — not hours at a desk.
Who owns the site?
You own your domain and all your content, always — I register the domain in your name, not mine. On the one-time builds you get the code too. On the $250/month plan Punchlist keeps the code; if you leave, you keep the domain and everything on the site.
What if I stop the monthly plan?
Hosting stops and the site comes down, same as any hosting arrangement. Give me notice and I'll hand over your content and point the domain wherever you want. No hostage-taking, no exit fee.
I already have a Facebook page. Isn't that enough?
It's a good start and I'll use everything on it. But you don't own that audience, you can't shape what a customer sees first, and the platform can change the rules whenever it likes. Facebook is the storefront window. The site is the door.
Do I have to write anything?
No. I write it and you correct it, which is a much easier job than staring at a blank page. I will need photos of your actual work, though. Phone photos are fine; stock images of somebody else's kitchen are not.
Why "Punchlist"?
It's the list of everything still outstanding before a job gets signed off. That's what this is — a short list of the things costing you work, and a plan to close each one.
Start a punch list.
Email me and I'll come back within one business day with either a free homepage or an honest reason it isn't worth building one for you yet.
- Your business name and what you do
- Your Facebook or Instagram link
- The areas of Calgary you'll drive to
- The one thing you wish happened more often
